Hazem (Zeem) raised in a home, where food was celebrated and enjoyed, with skills and recipes passed down through generations. He has nurtured a love of cooking since his earliest years from hours of watching his mother making countless dishes from memory, step by step, until the time when he was able to recreate them, capturing the flavors, colors and textures with his own signature. His mom's passion for cooking and joy in sharing her dishes with families and friends had inspired a dream that one day she might have a small business, cooking for people who appreciated and enjoyed excellent food. It was to come true through her son Hazem.
It took him courage to walk away from an established career following his heart and so, Zeem came into being.
