Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before 12 hours from the time the order is
    placed.
  • Cancellation requests made within the 12 hours of order placement will not
    be accepted.
  • All cancellation requests must be made through Zeem’s official communication
    channels (WhatsApp, email, contact form).

Returns

Due to the nature of freshly prepared food, returns are not accepted once the
order has been delivered.


Incorrect or Damaged Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect, missing, or damaged item, please notify us
    within 30 minutes of delivery and provide supporting details or photos.
  • After verification, Zeem may offer a replacement or refund, where applicable.


Refunds (Online Payments)

  • Refunds apply only to eligible online payments for approved cancellations or
    verified order issues.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–
    10 business days, depending on bank or payment gateway processing times.
